Our usage recommendations for optimal treatment:
1- Irrigate the canal.
2- Using the apex locator (D-Pex MHN), explore the canal with a C #10 file in a back-and-forth motion until the full working length is reached, in order to obtain a patent canal pathway.
3- Irrigate the canal.
4- Use the Max 3 file with a pecking motion (in-and-out strokes of 3 mm depth) until reaching the working length.
5- Irrigate the canal.
6- To ensure better cleaning of the apical third and promote activation (Endo 3), use the Max 1 file in the same way and with the same settings described in step 4.
7- Irrigate the canal.
